Transcript
01 Shipping zones
In “Shipping”, open “Zones & methods”. A zone is a group of countries that share the same shipping methods. Press “Add zone”.
Give it a “Zone name”, such as Canada, and pick its “Countries”.
A second zone can catch every other country: tick “Rest of world” when you create it. Press “Create zone”.
02 Methods and rates
Inside a zone, press “Add shipping method”, and give it a “Method name” shoppers will read, such as Standard.
Choose its “Type”: a “Flat rate”, “Weight-based tiers”, “Order value tiers”, or “Live carrier rates” from a connected carrier.
For a flat rate, enter the price, add the delivery estimate in days, and press “Save method”.
To check your set-up, the “Test calculator” tab shows the methods and prices a sample address and parcel would be offered.
03 Labels with EasyPost
To print labels, connect EasyPost on the “Carriers” tab. One EasyPost account buys postage across many carriers, billed by EasyPost to your own account.
Paste your “EasyPost API key”, press “Save key”, then “Test connection”.
On an order, press “Fulfil”, then “Buy label”: the tracking number fills itself in. Press “Print label”, then “Mark shipped”.
For many orders at once, tick them in the orders list and press “Buy labels”. Each one is priced first, with the cheapest rate chosen, and any that cannot ship says why.
Pick another rate for any order if you like, then buy. Labels are bought in the background, never above the price you saw, and each order is marked shipped with its tracking email.
“Label runs” follows each run: “Stop” or “Resume” it, then “Download PDF” to print every label on one sheet, for a 4 × 6 label printer or letter paper.
04 Local delivery
Delivering yourself? In the zone that covers your town, add a method of type “Own delivery”.
Set its rate and a “Min order”. Under “Delivery postcodes”, list where you drive: a code covers every postcode that starts with it, so M5V covers M5V 3L9.
Then a “Cutoff time” and the “Available days”.
Checkout offers own delivery only to those postcodes, on those days, before the cut-off, and for orders that reach the minimum. Press “Save method”.
05 Pickup in store
For pickup, open “Locations” in Settings and press “Add location”.
Give it a “Name” and its address, and turn on “Offer pickup here”. Press “Add location” to save it.
At checkout, shoppers can then choose to collect their order there, with no shipping charged.
A pickup order takes its stock from that location once your counts are split by place, under “Stock by location”.

06 Hand over pickup orders
When a pickup order is packed, press “Mark ready” on the order. The customer is emailed a collection code, which also shows in their account.
At the counter, open “Pickups” under Orders, type or scan the code under “Hand over by code” and press “Find order”. Check the items, then press “Hand over”.
On the order, “Mark collected” asks for the same code. If the customer has none, “Customer has no code” asks how you checked who is collecting, and keeps it in the audit log.
“Reminder settings” sets when customers are reminded, two and six days after an order is ready, and how long you hold it: fourteen days, unless you change them.
After that, it moves to “Not collected”. Nothing is refunded for you: press “Keep waiting”, or “Cancel and refund…” to cancel it from its page. Next: going live.
